YOU CAN NOT...

• Impersonate others.

• Break local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

• Create any form of autonomous technology that would operate our services in an unintended way which includes but is not limited to, autonomous bots that would create spam, increase follower or like counts.

• Misuse the report system by reporting for no reason.

• Knowingly take advantage of a problem/bug/glitch found in this app.

• Sell, license or purchase accounts or data created on this app.

• Reverse engineer or modify this app.

• Extract source code.

• Post objectionable content or be abusive in any way .

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO...

• Use your content through a license agreement however we will not claim ownership.

• Update this app on your device.

• Change any part of your account including but is not limited to deleting your account, removing your posts, changing your username or profile picture. This would be done if we felt you have broken our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

• Prevent deletion of anything associated with your account due to an investigation of any kind.

• Own the rights to all icons in the app.

• Make any changes to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time.

DISCLAIMERS

• We are not responsible or reliable in any way in how you use the services provided by this app.

• We can not guarantee this app will work perfectly all the time, there may be problems with security, user interface or overall functionality.

• We are not responsible or reliable in any way if damages caused to you by a problem found in the app occur, this includes but is not limited to any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses.

• Except as expressly set forth in this agreement, neither party makes any representation or warranty to the other party of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
